In Touch Care is a home care company providing assistance to seniors in their home. They provide an array of personal care services to residents at Beacon Pointe Richland. Rates are based on the average staff time required for personal assistance during a 24-hour day.

Items that will be considered in care, are:

  • Management of medication using our designated pharmacy

  • Reminders for meals and activities

  • Assistance with eating

  • Bathing, dressing and personal hygiene assistance

  • Assistance with transfers

  • Two-person assist with transfers and/or use of a mechanical lift (When a person requires a two staff for a task, time is doubled)

  • Assistance with activities of daily living

  • Nurse assistance with monthly injections/simple nursing procedures

  • Daily weight, blood pressure, or blood sugar monitoring

  • Assistance with toileting, management of incontinence

  • Behavioral issues; i.e., significant personality changes/mental status

BASIC

0 to 30 Minutes
A resident will be placed in a Basic Level of Care when staff time for assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 0 to 30 minutes.

31-60 Minutes
Assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 31-60 minutes.

Level 1.5

61-90 Minutes
Assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 61-90 minutes.

$2,075

LEVEL 2

91-120 Minutes
Assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 91-120 minutes.

$2,375

LEVEL 2.5

121-150 Minutes
Assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 121-150 minutes.

LEVEL 3

151-180 Minutes
Assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 151-180 minutes.

181-210 Minutes
Assistance with personal needs during a 24-hour day falls between 181-210 minutes.
